My fourth web review is from the Home Baking Association. Home Baking Association is a website that provides educators with tools and knowledge to prepare for home bakers, espcically in children.
The Home Baking Association has a whole list of basics to help you to kick start the teaching of baking!
Lesson plans all nicely written up and planned according to the suited age groups, materials and equipments needed are all listed, so convenient and if you want to teach a lesson according to their lesson plans, just choose a recipe, print, prepare ingredients and conduct lessons!
This is a screen shot of the PDF file of the lesson plan, the recipes are given. On top of that, the nutritional facts of this recipes are also available for referencing and it acts as a guild to choose the recipe we want to use.
Furthermore, there are one whole list of recipes. Main dish, biscuits, breads, buns & rolls, cakes, cookies, desserts, muffins and pies! The whole load of delicious recipes!
Other than having recipes and lesson plans, there is also a page on baking tips which allows you to have the perfect baking experiences with your students and ensuring baking that will never fail.
